FreeGoTV respects intellectual property rights and responds to every valid copyright notice in good faith.

Our position

FreeGoTV provides subscription management and setup assistance. We do not host, store, upload, record, transmit or control media content on our own infrastructure, and we are not affiliated with any broadcaster, studio or content owner.

Because we do not host content, we cannot remove material from systems we do not operate. Where a notice concerns something within our control — for example a description or reference published on this website — we act on it promptly.

How to send a notice

Send your notice to freegotv.com@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To let us act quickly, please include the following four elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact location — a URL or a precise description — of the material you are reporting.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement, made in good faith and under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf, and that the use is not authorised.

What happens next

We review every complete notice as soon as it reaches us. If the material is within our control we remove or disable it, and we will confirm the outcome to you by email.

Incomplete notices slow everything down. If something essential is missing we will write back and ask for it rather than closing your request.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the material concerned, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of subscribers who are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices, in line with applicable law.
